The iPad is still buzzing, and the latest rumors claim Apple is all set to start accepting preorders for the tablet shortly. The preorders are said to begin as soon as “February 25th” and initially only the WiFi version would be up for order. The iPad is expected to ship in US sometime in March.
The only reason I would shoot down this rumor is that Apple is yet to announce any significant tie-ups for the iPad content and as we hear, Mr Jobs is still demoing the device to media houses. I certainly don’t expect Apple to offer the device for pre-order before having some cool tie-ups announced. But then, you never know how they decide to encash the iPad hype?
